I think your pond looks pretty good. You just did a cleaning? Give it some time to balance as cleaning got rid of some nutrients and it’ll bounce around a bit til it settles back into balance. I wouldn’t give it too much thought.

I saw a YouTube video on clearing the free floating algae out. Separate pump, with a good sized outlet hose. Get some zip ties, and a bunch of cheap nylons. Attach a nylon to the outlet hose, zip tie it secure, and run the pump. It’ll filter out the algae, requires frequent changes, and you’ll have to move the pump around when you change the nylon. It only treats the symptom, it won’t cure the cause of the problem. But if you stir up the gunk, it’ll filter most of that out.
