Don't run really high concentrated chlorine through your pumps, it might damage them. I would scrub with the high concentrate then siphon or bail out the water then run the pumps with a milder solution to make sure you get all the virus or whatever killed your Koi. then get some feeders to re establish your bio system.
so do you think i should use bleach instead of pool chlorine. how much should i use for 350-400 gallons

Half a cup should do it. More if it is really dirty.
how dirty is a virus?
I'm talking about the pond itself, the more debries, algae etc the more bleach required to neutralize anything in it.

oh...i thought the bleach was going to be for the virus...totally forgot about the algae
You have to sterilize everything or it may come back to haunt you. This includes nets, hoses, air lines, airstones, sponges used for cleaning, everything.
ok ill soak everything in my pond
my pond looks clear...lol...the sides where algae was is white now
Give it a day to dry out, then rinse really good. Then refill and start your bio again using feeders.
im scared to use feeders because goldfish can be carriers of KHv
Do you have a local friend with small fish you can get to do this?
