I have two very nice water lilies that are doing a super job of having lots of blooms. Each plant is on different side of the pond (8ft by3 ft), one is white with a yellow centre and the other one is red with a yellow center. When I was out this morning the red one had a new bloom right behind it and it was white with the yellow centre. I followed the line down and it is in the same pot as the red one. Could there be 2 types of Liles in the same pot. I checked in the pond and there is no roots or whatever going from the bigger white lily.

A small piece of the white lily could have broken off and decided to grow with the red. Mine do that
