There is a pond with about 53000 gallons of water. There is circulation within itself and there is no fish in this pond. We observe algae on the sides of the pool as you can see in the picture and the water is green.
Until now, we have not used Copper Triethanolamine complex products.
We are considering using Chlorine Dioxide as another option.
Which one and in what proportion would you recommend to use in both products?
And if I use Copper triethanolamine complex, the sooner I get results. Do I need to repeat the application.
I think I can get results within 1-2 days with chlorine dioxide.
Thanks in advance for your comments and suggestions.

I had a pool used chlorine tabs, for something like what you have in the picture I have no clue what it would take to keep that clear except some strong chemicals.

You need to know how much the water volume is and figure out the dosage.

Hello and welcome!

Where are you located? Do you own or do you maintain this pond for someone else?

@addy1 Gave you some good advice. Our forum here is more for people who have garden ponds or ponds with fish. You might want to do a Google search of the products you are asking about and go their sites.

Since there aren't any fish or plants, I would treat it as previously suggested, as if it were a swimming pool.

Get some swimming pool chlorine. Maybe the granular form and broadcast it throughout the water. Also check the Ph. Proper Ph helps balance it out which helps with the longevity of chlorine.

Another thing to add would be swimming pool algecide.

So, chlorine, algecide and balance out your Ph.

If your not familiar with treating a swimming pool, do some research online.

I'm sure you'll be able to clear that water up in a matter of days.
