Wether loach harassing koi and goldfish?!

hello all so for the last few weeks when I go to feed my fish when the koi are feeding my weather loach will stay beside the kois side and chase it around as if it is trying to eat the side of the koi! Is this normal behaviour? Will it stress the koi? If so how can i stop it?

1- Is this normal? Yes if the weather loach is hungry.

2- Does it stress the Koi? No.

3- How do I stop it? Toss in some sinking pellets with the floating pellets. The weather loach is trying to compete for food and is struggling.
