I am doing my waterfall over again and have a question about using the waterfall foam.
Does the liner have to be real clean for the stuff to adhere to it? I know it needs to be dry of course but
do I need to scrub the liner clean also?

it has to be clean or it will not adhere to dust .Just like spray foam you use on your house it needs a clean surface but does not need to be scrubbed clean .Just dust free .Remember wear gloves and have lots of them on hand .Been there done that .:)Dirt will stick to foam but foam will not stick to dirt or dust

A bit of moisture, with the spray foam, is no issues. I usually clean mine, not perfect clean, wipe dry and spray.

Thanks. Well fall has been running so I'm guessing there could be some algea slime there. Guess its better to maybe use a scrub brush and then dry it. Not sure when I'll get it done but hopefully sometime soon.

Ok a little scrubbing and not too much worry about being a little wet. :)
