There are no fish in this pond. Thank you for the response. I forgot to add thatThat's how mine look when the fish snack on them.
Thank you it is a new rhizome it was split and out in two large containers (no fish) both plants are showing the same problem. The leaves started out fine the other lily seems fine atmThose might just be old leaves. I snip them off and toss them in the compost bin.
So the leaves in the other container have separated from the stalk. It is still trying to produce new leaves they are fine under the water. I will post updates as they emerge.pinch off the infected leaves . looks like the end of their life span to me
These were all new leaves a week ago. The rhizime was split maybe a month ago and both new halves sent up three/five new leaves now all are lostThose might just be old leaves. I snip them off and toss them in the compost bin.
Any idea how old a lily has to be before flowering these have only just been split off the main one that was neglected for years bound in a small potany leaves that you don't like the look of just pinch / or cut them off . it will give the plant more energy to make an other leaf or maybe even a flower
Ooh thank you. I did them a month ago when they were repotted so I will do them again.Flowering as far as i know is not a age thing but a nutrient thing. They need fertilizing once a month
