if you have a local fish/koi club, inquire there as most here (USA peeps) could never get them to you without them probably dying. That said, most koi people don't believe in plants in the pond, so I can see how your search might be difficult. And since they're banned there, IF you get some, you can try to to overwinter but you'll need high light and high heat to do so. Around here, they're pretty cheap so it's hardly worth it (though I still try!).
Maybe you can order seeds online and get them that way? I don't have any experience though with starting them that way, but it might be an option!
