Hi

I have purchased an new uv system for my all in one system. however my pond has gone green!

The bulb did not light up when removed, I have changed the bulb and I still don't know if its working.

There is electricity going to the bulb using electric testing kit.

Help appreciated regards

You arent meant to look at UV lights as they can do damage to your eyes , if you dont think your UV is working wait till nightfall then go out and have a look at your filter withe the elctrics on you should be able to see the UV bulb glowing "view it from the corner of your eye only", if your still unsure have someone come out from where you purchaed it from to see if they can test it for you

An all in one system may not be designed properly for your pond. The flow could be too fast or too slow or the bulb may not be powerful enough. Why would the bulb light up when removed? You can't expect a pond to clear overnight either....
