I need help yet again :(
I need to replace the UV bulb and I can't seem to get the screw top off!! Are there any secrets out there to loosen that up so that I can get it open?? :lamp5:
Thanks for any advice....

No secret is needed it should just pop out after removing the plastc conector what type of clarifier are you using ?
