Good morning everyone.

I am very happy to announce that my pond in now up and running. I even have a couple of Ornamental figures out, like my little boy sitting and fishing over the edge and a pretty cool
looking frog.

As stated below in my signature, my pond measures a little over 9 feet long by 5 and a half feet wide by 3 feet deep at the deepest part. These dimensions equal A little over 1000 Gallons but with my shelves and side walls that protrude out, I would estimate I have somewhere between 800-950 Gallons.

One cool feature that I factored into this pond which I had not for my last pond is that I have a 4 Foot piece of natural stone plank running diagonally in one corner of the pond mixed with many flat pieces of rock to create a roughly 2 and a half foot place for fish to hide and/or get away from direct sun. It takes them under and behind the waterfall.

Very Happy Camper Here!

One other thing.

I have both the fountain and the waterfall running in this pond. Lot's of oxygenation/agitation of the water to be sure. In fact, there seems to be enough oxygenation happening here I think a human could breathe underwater. :)

Is it possible to have to much agitation/oxygenation?

Thanks.

Aireation is good, agitation is not as good. That could stir up bad stuff that could be toxic in high doses as your pond gets established. I forget what the correct term is for it but have heard about it while researching pond vacs. Somebody correct me please me if I am way off on this.

I am not refering to circulation of the water, that is a good thing.
