Unsure of fish type

Hi - I'd be grateful if someone can advise what type of fish I have in the garden pond. Thanks

They look like black goldfish. I have some that eventually turn orange, some have stayed black.

Yep I'd say black goldfish which will start to turn orange, white or yellow creamy colors eventually. I've never had one stay black forever tho but they have stayed that way for a few years.

That's a great shot of black fish - they can be tough to see, which I guess is the point!
