We had one run across the road in right in front of us, luckily it ran fast and we hit the brakes fast.

That's great! I don't know what happened to the pair of turkeys around here. Only saw them once last year, and not at all yet this year.

Did you see the news article [in the past few days] where a turkey hit a car’s windshield? Wow! That was some impressive damage.....and very scary!

@RobAmy Thank you for sharing! I don’t think I’ve ever seen a true wild turkey (actually, in-the-wild), and I sure am enjoying seeing all the critters you have there!

I always get excited when I spot these guys. Usually running across the road in front of My car.
