TPRs through lining

As I started digging a trench for my TPRs I suddenly realized that I don't have a plan to get them through the liner. Is there a reliable way to do this? I have two 2" returns. Help. Thanks,

Assuming EPDM you can Google "epdm bulkhead fittings" for a bunch of choices. A DIY choice is Greg Bickel's pipe boot which can found on his CD.
