Today is the day

August 31st is here, and today is the appointment to take Hazel to the vet to be put down. Its my fiances dog, pain in the butt, horribly trained, doesn't listen to a thing anybody has to say to her, and has to be bribed with treats just to do what shes told, but she will be missed, my 1 1/2 year old daughter loves to climb all over her.

Came into work early this morning, so i can take off at 9 am and head home to go to the appointment. RIP Hazel.

So sad, rip................ I dread the day my lil girl leaves me, makes me cry to even think of it. They have such a special place in our hearts and souls.

Sorry that you have to do that and it is a hard thing to do. It's been 15 yrs or so since we had our last dog (Zeke) and he had to be allowed to go to sleep on the operating table. Nothing they could do for him. He will be missed forever.

I am so very sorry to hear this but I can tell Hazel is loved. She looks a lot like my Rusty, lab/chow mx. This final act of kindness and love is truly hard but needed. She will live forever in your hearts. Keep her memory alive w your little daughter. Share pictures..especially those you posted here.
