On the topic thing, I'm not sure what is going on, I can try and ask Ian.
On the critter the first thing that came to mind with me is a muskrat too. didn't know if they were up there or not. Not a very good critter to have in you oasis. he can do some pretty serious damage to liners, pipes, plant roots. lilies, and if if they can catch fish, they will eat them. FAR worse animal in your situation than a dozen bullfrogs would be! :frown:

Well did not see a tail, have seen the critter twice, once right by the house, then the one time diving off the rock. Just not good enough. I don't see any plant damage from it eating them, according to the net they eat a lot at night. I will go out today and check out the bog well, see if it has been munching. Muskrats are throughout the usa

So far no sign of any plant damage, and muskrats are know for eating up bog type plants. We think it is living under our new deck see a dug out area, which is a good distance from the pond. Beginning to think it is a baby ground hog, out on its own. We have one huge one living in our back field.

I've never seen any ground hogs around here. I've seen Mountain Beavers when on my walks around the hood. They like to burrow into sides of hills and erode the heck out of them. Cute buggers but can cause some problems near roads and embankments.

must be great to have wildlife like that around you ! we have the usual like fox's and badgers etc but after seeing them all your life you get use to them, suppose like some of you's get use to groundgogs etc

Did I tell you sears sucks well they do drove there 25 minutes microhood is in get there guess what it 's not .They called the wrong customer and they think it's funny yeh sure real funny .Then on the phone for an hour with the district manager .Girl in the store is a stupid idiot and am saying that nicely where is customer care not at Sears .

Sissy when you were talking with the DM did he/she offer you a reasonable solution to their mistake? If you feel that you are not being compensated appropriately for all of their mistakes then I would ask for the regional managers name and discuss it with him or her and if you don't want to do that get your money back and go somewhere else. Didn't you get something else with your microwave? If you did I would also return it, tell them to come and get it and be sure they credit your card. Then go somewhere else to get what you want. Be sure you have names and times written down so that you can email that information to the DM or RM. Being a DM in the past with another company I would think that he /she would want to rectify this situation. Don't be afraid to ask for compensation for all your time and effort. Just keep going up the ladder, someone should take care of you I would think.

I just called the regional office did not know there was anyplace else to call .I have tried to work with them but this is getting worse and they were supposed to give me credit but that did not happen and I keep driving there and every time I ask for the manager he is off that day ,guess he never works .How can I find a district manager .You should see my phone bill too 21 dollars for all the times I called and they put me on hold .One time I was on the phone with them for an hour and 45 minutes because they put me on hold time and time again

I had to drive to NC to get a micro hood and it will be here next friday .I hope .They never credited my credit card ,I have the credit receipt but just got off the phone and the credit card co. said it did not come through yet ,If it does they will call me and they are doing a fraud complaint also .With computers they said they should have gotten it by now .I was 12:30 they put the credit back on my card .and it was 6:00 when I called the credit card company ,they are not happy either .I was going to buy a new fridge and stove then since the appliance package deal was so good for the holidays ,glad I didn.t .
