Strange link from emails

I get this anytime I click a link from the "Last weeks most popular topics" email

Never saw that, but I have email turned off. Will flip on see what happens.
Might be your browser settings. I have a lot of lock down on our net, mainly due to hubby. He clicks on everything. Off and on need to use a different browser to open .

My email for updates on most things are turned off except for personal conversations so I don't get all those.
