i have a small pond now (when i move so did my fish) i had a 2000ltr pond at the last house with no problem for three years but ive now got a 1000ltr plastic tank ( temp pond till new one built) im using a fishmate 5000 with 9volt uv and a oase aquamax 3500 pump but the pond is green? I have try green away (with uv off) still no good, tryed replaceing half the water, new uv lamp, cleanin every thing. Dont know wot to do now please help

how long has it been green after you changed the UV?
changed the uv lamp a week ago
did the UV previously work on clearing your green water?

have you thought about shading the pond ?
50 percent is in the shade and very funny koiguy and is pluged in it was the first thing i checked if there was power
Is there a way to see if the uv is lit at night. may be that it is not seated properly.
the vu light is lit as there is a small spy hole which let's u check it is operating
just because the light is lit, does not mean that the UV has the strength to do it's job. Sounds like UV might be too small or the water is running through it too quickly. Is the bulb new from this season?
Casper- Koi says the bulb is new. How big is your pond? Maybe it is a different algae that you are experiencing this year. Like string algae. If thats the case a UV light won't help.
