Finally got a load of field stone to start working the liner. This has been a year in the making. Was hoping to get this done before fall... get the edge defined for my flagstone walkway... get some creepy jenny planted so it'll help blend the rocks in with the edge.of the pond... and then get the grass planted and blended with the rest of the yard.
More work then I anticipated ... but hopefully get it rocked in.
I always hated the look of all stone... but I think it looks semi natural... I have a few large logs/branches I'll place over the rock to make some different 'habitats'. Then some more plants in a few other areas... so maybe it'll look a little more random/natural then.
Thought?? Better then just the liner for sure... haha.
And of course... my 3 year old wanted to help.
