I added a tab to a spread sheet buried in a previous post.
The headloss only tab takes your inputs for: pipe diameter, number of elbows, length of pipe, and height of the outlet above the pond. It will use that to graph headloss vs flow.
The full system tab takes the plumbing inputs from above and along with a few head loss vs flow data points for your pump and it will estimate your systems pump flow and headloss. If you input information for a waterfall and stream it will also calculate the depth of water in the waterfall weir and stream that is created by the pump flow. A estimate of power consumption compared to the pumps rated draw and estimated monthly cost are added for good measure.
