I don't disagree with you. I'm just squeamish about things like this. I think its great you have all the information and share it. I just literally don't know if I could do it without passing out.

The reason I like to share information Priscilla is to help others finda way forwards towards learning in our hobby , your going to have to put squemish aside and learn from this as I have and has sunshine personally I have never seen such a large a spawning injury as this poor fish has before now .
Hopefully with timely intervention on sunshines behalf this Shubunkin should cone out from this as right as rain .

It is from spawning, they had her push up against a pile of rocks and it went on for 2 days.
