Some places I've heard that it might come in a blue bag but that was ages ago so just make sure you check the ingredients and that it says what @HomerJay and @Ronfire stated. It's like only $4 or $5 bucks. What a deal!

Another one is Kitty Diggins and it's a blue and green bag. Ingredients: fuller's earth.

We buy ours from the dollar store. It's in a plain brown paper bag and says "kitty litter".
