Good day to all. Just had a preformed 125 gallon pond with a small waterfall put in the backyard. I'm excited but need lots of help with the set up. I've purchase multiple pumps and filters but am unsure which ones would work best. Additionally, I would like to "treat" the water and put in some goldfish and a few minnows and maybe a Plecostomus or two. Also would a Japanese maple or a red bud tree be safe as landscape next to the pond? Any advise on these questionables would be appreciated.
