My husband has put a plastic box in the bottom of our bond as a base for plants, rocks etc, some grey sediment has collected on tge box and im thinking of taking it out. Will it disturb any wildlife in the pond if i remove the box.

Sediment is going to collect on anything you put in there but if you don't want it in there then you can take it out. If it's been in there long enough for snails or fish to lay eggs on then yes it will disturb and kill the eggs. Why does it bother you in there?
