Hello,
Just wondering if I need to seal the new wall around my pond ( which is empty at the moment) to stop lime from entering the water and killing fish etc even if I left it to set thoroughly.
Many thanks in anticipation.

I have had numerous concrete based streams, falls and never had an issue. I have acid washed two of them to attempt to control ph, but not sure that is needed.

You should rinse / pre soak the cement. Full the pond let it run for a week do a full water change and your all set. Even if some gets in do a pH test if it's high like above 8.3 do another water change
