Good evening everyone.

Today was a big day as I have incorporated our Wood, More Rock and 2 Plants around the
pond. The cosmetics are still not entirely complete but soon it will be.

I think it would work just fine. I will be going down to the lake again to get more wood to do some more dressing above and possibly put a small cool shaped piece in the pond.

Driftwood seems to work for fish tanks so I truly believe your fish would be safe. Others here are far more experienced than myself and might be able to expand a bit more.

I used to keep a piece of driftwood in my goldfish pond when I had one. The downside was flat and they used it to lay their eggs on. It was in there for years with no problems. The topside looked pretty cool so it served 2 purposes.
