Recommendations for a HOB filter....?

Not anything fancy or expensive, but effective [and quiet would be nice] and easy to change the media.

I have an Aquatech 20-40 right now [20 gal. tank], but it doesn't seem to move very much water. Also, tank will soon be slightly over-stocked [using as a temp. QT], so want as much filtration as I can get.

The Hagen AquaClear filters are decent. Gives lots of room for extra media and isnt noisy.
