Gourami Jhonny kicked the bucket in middle of the night I noticed him gulping alot of air last night done what I could but no luck he was in pretty bad shape at least he is not suffer. I have purchased 2 high end fish from same place and both have died but low end fish I have purchased from same place are thriving. Hell maybe I should buy some from Amazon see how they do

Yeah it sucks but the Texas beat him up pretty bad injuries and stress from tank to pond then back to tank I done what I could though

sorry to hear...unless fish are born in our ponds/tanks they are so stressed from shipment and tank/pond transfer that it is amazing that more don’t succumb to disease… I had to go into Petco yesterday for a dog bed and walked past about thirty pint containers with one beta in each. There was nothing but water in each…

I hate the way betas are kept we had a beta for 3 years in a lush 10 gallon tank that was beautiful he shared a tank with a small pleco and a couple panda Cory catfish we have had 2

I have a female koi betta on mosquito duty in my lily and lotus starter tub that's heated. It's hard to imagine her living in some tiny container seeing how she is like a mini shark cruising her territory in the 20 gal tub!
