my preformed pond is 6x4 and 2 ft deep. waterfall is about 25 ft away which is on a slight slope down to pond so waterfall is about 3 ft above the top of the pond. what size pump is best for me to use.
we are learning as we are going....................

I answered your other thread with some follow up questions, I see you provided details to those questions here. You have a 350ish gallon pond, which means I would shoot for at least 700 GPH. You also have to caculate for distance and head loss, so make sure to look at those charts on whatever pump you use.

How wide is your waterfall? For a decent flow, you should have roughly 100 gph per inch of waterfall width. A 12" wide fall would require 1,200 gph at 3' head. This would mean a pump that puts out roughly 1,500 gph at 0 head. Of course, you may prefer a mere trickle, (or a regular Niagara), so go up (or down) accordingly.
