Pump problem

I have a Laguna pressure flo, went to do an annual clean

to find there was no water in the pump, sponges are still new. The uv light is on, have no leaks, nothing blocked. Has anyone got any advice please

Was it working and it stopped, or did it never work?

Does the electrical outlet have power or need a GFCI reset?

You mean it's not pumping water to the filters? I'm just confused, you say annual so does this mean you didn't notice this somehow?

It was.working,power is fine

yes not pumping water,didn’t notice anything was wrong
