profile picture

I've been trying to upload a profile picture, but each time it tells me the picture failed. I've compressed it thinking that might be the problem, but no luck. Any ideas?

Hi Joanie, which file extension is the image you are trying to upload? As far as I know, it will only accept .jpg, .gif and .png files. Is the file size quite large?

I've had a play with the settings and I've made it so that it will accept larger image sizes and then just re-size them automatically - if you try again I think it will work .
