pretreated lumber for koi pond deck

Will it hurt fish if I use pretreated lumber for deck outside pond...no arsenic in lumber...suggestions?

Most pretreated lumber these days is done with salt and kiln drying and it safe for ponds.If you are concerned you could use a band of the composite lumber .But if you check the lumber yard they will tell you it is safe and usually have a paper there that tells you how the lumber is treated .
