Pressure-Flo 700 filter needs o-ring

Hello,

I bought a Laguna Pressure-Flo 700 filter and it didn't have a filter lid o-ring when I got it. I emailed the company and they claimed to have sent me the o-ring. It's been over a month now and I haven't gotten it yet.
Is there an alternative o-ring that I can get at a marine store or home center that would fit it well? Possibly another recommendation also would be helpful?:bouncycig:

call them on the phone and tell them u still did not get filter lid o-ring yet.
and if they still claimed they sent you one ask when did they send it out.
and if they get rude with you tell them you will sue them. or just take back the
unit to the store and get your money back and tell them you are in a fish club
and u will tell every body that products stink. if this was me i would have
had the o -ring allready i love a good fight with these companys
