Pond plants that tolerate moving water?

I haven’t been able to find any online resources on the matter. Does anyone have experience with or recommendations for plants that tolerate some moving water?

Specs for my site:

Zone 7a
Depth would be marginal
Partial sun
Speed of water is slow to moderate

Forget me not, parrot's feather, & water celery are the first three that come to my mind.

The only plants that don't seem to like moving water are water lilies and iris for me.

Creeping Jenny, water mint, blue for get me not all do well in moving water

Since you live in Canada all of the above suggestions are good ones...My favorite are forget me nots but they didn't do well here in Florida...My mint and parrots feather are planted in my stream and both do well (the mint does a little too well The rabbits eat all the tops of my water celery but it still does well in the stream....What kind of moving water are you talking about? Is it a stream, strong suction current from skimmer, waterfall, ect...? Pics?

Mint, of all types love it. I have to trim mine.

I have water willow and creeping Jenny closest to my waterfall and they both have no problems with current or splashing.
