Pond newbie - need to sell

Hi all,
New to pond ownership and I am decommissioning our pond in our new house.
I have a large amount of Oase equipment that I need to sell and wondered where the best place to post ads would be - Gumtree? Or is there a specific pond owners site where people look for second hand gear?

check around for your local koi club/association and see if they have any market for your items.

Other good options would be offerup, fb marketplace, mercari, craigslist, nextdoor, or a whole slew of other online marketplaces.

hi newbie 1, although this is a uk site its members are mainly from the usa so you wont get many buyers for stuff from uk, try www.aquarists-classified.co.uk always plenty of buyers/sellers on there. good luck

We do have a "for sale" section here on the forum, but with the cost of shipping I think it's always better for both parties if you can sell locally and avoid that additional cost.

I am a bit confused... are you getting rid of the pond altogether? Or just getting new equipment for a new pond?

Welcome Newbie 1. We are glad you joined and hope you will continue to keep 'ponding' with us.
I have little different take: could you perhaps donate it to a school? A science or biology class might be thrilled to have that equipment.
