Hi All,
I need some help calculating the size of pond liner I need. My pond is going to be (as soon as I finish digging) 12'x16', roughly kidney shape. The deepest part is going to be 3'.
I have included my design here for you all to see and give your advice and suggestions. The brown level is the ground, the black box is where the skimmer and pump will go and the big triangle thing is where I am planning to put the waterfall/biofall/biofilter.
Level one is going to be 12"deep . Level 2 is 24". and level 3 is 36" (3'). All the shelves are going to be about 12" wide.
Now I have found tons of liner calculator online. But all assume just one level (by asking the maximum depth). None of them allow me to enter any other shelf/level numbers to see what kind of liner size I need. And I am afraid that if I order a liner based on these calculations I'll get a liner that is going to end up short when it goes on the shelves. One solution is that I can just add a couple of feet to the calculation and hope for best. But this just feel like wasting money. So if anybody knows how to calculate liner size with the my requirements here and help me out, i'll really appreciate that.
