I am using the Tetra Pond Corrugated Tubing on my pond, when I bring my filter in for the Winter is it ok to leave this outside? My rock work starts on the plant shelf (Large river rock, about 10" under water level) and comes up and out of the pond to hide the liner. The hose is under this rock inside the pond.

I am afraid if I try to remove it I will knock down alot of the rock work, or never be able to get it back under in the Spring.

I'd leave it, just make sure there isn't any sitting water in it. Blow it out with compressed air if you need to.

it would only be a problem if you have it full of water and both ends closed off.

yep agree water needs a place to go as it freezes and expands

I was actually talking about both hoses, inlet and outlet. I use a submersible pump with a in pond skimmer so the intake hose is completely submerged, after I remove my pump for the Winter I can place that end of the hose above water level, if you think I need to. The outlet has one end above water level.

Being under water I don't think will be an issue, it is not having a the pipe closed off like a valve, cap etc.

I left hose from both my pumps, and my pumps, too, in the water and they were fine this past spring. They are still running now and I'll leave them in again this winter. Good luck!
