Hello,
I have a KOI pond that came together with the house. It looks like there is an issue with pond filter valve head. There are no labels on the filter. The person who bult the pond and installed the equipment is not accessible. Maybe someone can recognize this filter? Any idea about the brand and model?
White PVC fittings covered by tape are not part of the filter. Previous owner put some red labels on the valve head.
It must be more than 10 years old. It still mostly works fine, but the white/yellow gasket-like thing inside the valve head is partially damaged and it seems to affect water flow somehow. I dropped some of the water plant media (feels like small gravel or coarse sand) into the pond. It got sucked into the filter and no I see these sand-like particles embedded into the gasket material destroying it. I was hoping to replace that gasket or the whole valve head if possible instead of buying a new filter.
