Are you sure? There's over 1000 varieties of bamboo. We'd probably need better close-ups of the branch structure and flowers to better identify it.

Yes it is Nandina
In stores it is commonly known as Heavenly Bambo.
It is a spreader and will take over but it is also nice looking.

Yep it spreads see little ones coming up here and there. Can always chop and remove...........lol
