Pirate Spider sac

[Tiny Termite]

I have a Palm tree that over looks the pond, underneath the leaves I found this tiny little spider sac, at the time I had no idea what they were, but after researching, someone came up with the answer.

This is when I found it.

At the time I had other projects on the go with only one camera

I then attached it by it's cord.

Then I shone a light on the back of it

.

And this was when I became very Interested. Anyway a few weeks have passed and a few days ago I saw some slight movement. Today I made this video to show whats going on inside that little 3mm spider sac.

Strangely beautiful and also weirdly creepy, all at once!

Pirate spiders get their name because they only feed on other spiders. The sac maybe Beautiful, but the spider is pretty scary looking.
