Pests or seeds?

Hi, I'm new to this forum. I recently found what looks like mites on my water lettuce plants

I'm not 100 sure if it is a pest or seed or what? Does anyone have any ideas please? Thought maybe aphid related but they tend to be black? They seem to have 1 - 2 antenna like strands and wings of sort.

Gosh, no idea! They almost look like snails. Do they move at all?

They don't seem to have any life to them at all, ie no movement. They tend to be on the smaller lettuces, which could possibly be part of the fertilization I don't know for sure. Can't find anything online about these...

Keep some wet on a leaf in a bowl and see what happens, movement, growth etc.
