I would like to paint the submerged PVC pipes in the pond so they do not stand out too much, plus I need to do it to protect the pipes since PVC exposed to UV is not a good thing.

What are good colors to use for that purpose? Brown? Green?

Also, what kind of paint? Would regular exterior latex paint withstand the sunlight and rain? Will it peel off if submerged 24/7 in water? Will it be toxic to fish/turtles?

I used green and brown, varied spray like camouflaged.
Spray paint for outdoor plastic furniture.

Under water for 13 or so years. Rubbed off here and there. Ow fine
