Hi:
My name is Sam. I have a homemade, do it yourself, pond that my son and I build about 10 years ago. The pond is approximately 1000 gallons, free form with a waterfall. If I knew then what I know now about ponds, I would have done the pond a lot differently but the only way I can do a major re-work of it, is to start-over. Sorry, I can't do that.
I have about 10 Kois, 10 shubunkins, and 5 gold fish. Probably like many of you, I had my ups and downs with this pond over the years.
I'm retired. I use to teach (full time) computer education for a company now called Unisys. I also taught part-time at a couple colleges in my area.
My hobbies are primarily:
1-to relax and enjoy retirement with my wife of 46 years
2-Woodworking - I do scroll sawing
That's about it.
