Hello everybody
My name is Angelo and I live in Oporto, Portugal. I started 20 years ago with a 150 liter pond, and after 2 years maybe due to strong vegetation and hiding places started borning fish.
I replaced the pond with a 600 liter one I still have today. All my present fish were born in the pond.
I have an OASE Aquamax Eco 3500 pump, an OASE FiltoClear 800 filter, a Blagdon Blanket Weed Controller and a Vitronic 11 W UVC clarifier.
I need a new filter and this is what brought me to this forum, but my question will follow on another thread.
All the best to the Members

Thanks.
My pond is very small. Now I'm in holidays in Spain but in two weeks when I arrive Porto I promise I will post pictures on the correct topic and I will put here the link

Welcome! We look forward to seeing pictures of your pond!

I've heard this "Blangdon Blanket Weed Controller" mentioned before - is this the same as an IonGen which puts a small dose of copper in the water? Is blanket weed what we typically call string algae?
