New Hampshire Pond & Stream Project - Info for your consumption

I'm posting a video HERE of my project. Posting in case anyone can learn from it. I've worked on this the past 3 summers part time. Some excavator work once, but most of this is hand dug, and liner and rocks, and landscaping all by my hand. No bottom drains. Pump in skimmer is BullFrog 6500 GPH. I'm using as much natural materials as possible but have some artificial plants now that will set in this Spring. Liner is 60 mil EPDM, with additional tarp and geotextile material liner in both ponds. Just geotextile fabric under the EPDM in the stream as I felt the extra tarp layer wasn't needed there. I have no plans currently for fish but made a portion of the lower pond deep enough for them to winter, mainly for someone who buys are home in the future. I am a real estate agent in NH and have not worked with a buyer or a seller when backyard ponds involved. Has anyone bought or sold a home with existing water feature? Let me know what questions or comments you have.
