After reading quite a few threads about what everyone is feeding there fish I decided to buy some better food. I have been feeding tetra variety mix with wheatgerm & garlic mixed in, about 2wks ago purchased some Japan mix from Queni Koi this has added prebiotics & probiotics I also bought some dried shrimp. When I fed the fish with tetra there was a delay before they ate it but now........soon as the Japan mix hits the water its like ive got a shoal of piranhas in the pond :) :D they do the same with the dried shrimp & meal worms I give them as treats :):):) I think the fish are happy with my choice of food.

We nave been using Queni for much of the season Willo and are really happy with the results of the changes that weve seen with Japanses mix, we can see that threre is more of a lustre to the koi, that the colours are more intense and they have bulked out muscle wise as well ?
Have you noticed any of the changes in your own your fish yet Willo.?
We bought the 3mm Japanses mix first then decided to buy the 6mm , weve also bought a tub of the Premium Food as well which is 51% protien 6mm pellets ready to start bulking them up for the winter ahead. (y)

Provided your feeding them more than twice a day whih is recomended in the summer you'll soon notice the difference in your fish , the first thing we started to notice that they were getting chunkier down the koi's flanks and in the tail area , then the lustre and colouration sharpening up of .

Take a couple of photos of your fish so that in a few months you can compare them , then you will see the differences
