I have a very small (<6") section of waterfall foam that has been torn out by raccoons. Water is leaking outside waterfall to landscape. It appears that the waterfall needs to be turned off and dry before it can be sprayed with new foam and then let dry for another 48 hours. Probably amounts to a minimum of three to four days before I can turn it back on. Is that too long for the adult and baby goldfish to go without oxygen? 650 gallon pond, 3' deep. Thank you for any suggestions on how to accomplish this, including brands/size of an inexpensive temporary aeration system that could work. Better yet foam that can be sprayed on wet, flowing area.

How many fish? Warm temps right now? Any chance of rerouting the hose from the waterfall directly into the pond to bypass the falls?

8 adult, too many babies to count. This is a built-in to the ground waterfall/pond, I have no idea where the 'hose' is - probably buried underground, definitely not on top of ground. Weather is sometimes in the 70s, sometimes in the 80s; 40s-50s overnight.

A couple of airstones will give you enough water movement for a few days. I see "CrystalClear PondAir 2 Aeration Kit" available at walmart for about $60. Comes with airstones and tubing. Good backup to have in case your pump goes down. Does need to be plugged in, and the pump itself is not weatherproof (keep covered with a bucket), but will keep your pond going indefinitely.

THANK YOU. I have a smaller version of this I used in a 75 gallon stock tank. The one you recommend does up to 1,000 gallon! I have the electrical & bucket set up I used last time for two weeks.
