Fast moving video but looks like Duckweed to me. Take a close up shot of just a few of them and might be easier to identify.
Does it look like this?

Many fish love to eat duckweed. No need to remove it. They will help you remove it.

It is easy to scoop out with a fine net if you really think it is too much.

Yup. I would just get a net and start scooping. Add it to your compost pile. And then bring on the fish and you'll be good! You may never eliminate it but they will help keep it under control.

I have heard of people using a boat and a rake to haul the stuff in too.
