What size footing do I need for 7ft by 6ft 4an half ft deep

footing would be the same as building code says for building decks and houses .Here it is 18 to 24 inch's .18 for decks 24 for houses in New Jersey it was 36 inch's

Not sure what you are building. Is it going to be an above ground pond? If not then no footings would be needed.
