Hi all,
I have a very small pond approx 1m x 2m.
I've recently cleaned my CUP-129 filter . I noticed more activity from the fish when I turned the pump off. The pump is in the deep part 40cm. I wondered if the constant water movement was keeping the fish in their hides; it's strong for a small pond. I know it's still cold and they aren't moving much anyway but I had thought if I move the pump up to the shallow part 18cm it might help them emerge. Do you think this is wise? It may create too much movement on the surface.
Thank you for any tips you can give me.
